During my nearly five year tenure at Thermacell, I had one passion project; updating the Backpacker. This product was my all time favourite and for years, it did not get a facelift, despite all the branding changes. Finally, I took it upon myself to make sure it got the love it deserved. Mimicking the open packaging design, the front of the pack highlighted the product instead of the active use. The inside panel highlighted a photo I took of the Backpacker while out and about, using the product. The overhaul helped this device blend into the every updating Thermacell branding.
